A native of Western New York, Randolph Cole studied the violin with Bernard and Rivka Mandelkern. After graduating from Cornell University, he was a teacher at Iroquois Central Schools for thirty-two years. He has been a member of the Cornell University Symphony, Cornell Chamber Orchestra, and the Western New York Chamber Orchestra. Now retired, Mr. Cole plays in several string quartets and is the Associate Concertmaster of the Orchard Park Symphony. He resides in Cheektowaga with his wife and eight cats.
